Terms of service

Last updated 26 October 2026. Between the agency that opens an account (“you”) and [Operator legal name] (“we”).

1. The service

Payslip.ph is software that helps you compute pay, produce payslips and prepare statutory files for your workers. It does not hold or move your money; you pay workers from your own bank or e-wallet. You remain the employer and the person responsible for the correctness of the data you enter, for approving each payroll before it is paid, and for filing and paying government agencies on time.

2. Accounts and access

Owners of an account control who else may use it and with what permissions. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the actions of users you invite. Tell us at once about any unauthorized use.

3. Fees

The first five active workers each month are free. Beyond that the fee is ₱79 per active worker per month, inclusive of VAT, billed after the month ends. Invoices are due on the date shown; an unpaid invoice may lead to the account becoming read-only until it is settled, after notice. Fees may change with 30 days' notice to account owners.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and we act as your personal information processor under the Data Privacy Act. You can export your records at any time. On closing the account you may request a full export; we then retain records only as long as the law requires.

5. Computation and compliance

We keep the statutory tables and rules current with reasonable diligence and show the basis of every computed line. Laws, tables and proclamations change, sometimes with little notice; you must review each payroll and each government file before relying on it, and you remain liable for your obligations as an employer. Where the software and the law disagree, the law prevails and you should tell us.

6. Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own agency's payroll and lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access other agencies' data, interfere with the service, or use it to process data you have no right to process.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is by email at support@payslip.ph during Philippine business hours.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, surcharges or damages that result from data you entered, approvals you gave, or filings you made or failed to make.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment or breach of these terms after notice. Fees already due remain payable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are brought before the courts of the city where [Operator legal name] is registered.
